I charge a per half hour or per hour rate for my time. Cost varies depending on the type of service, location, how much preparation is needed, and *the needs of the client*. Don’t let cost be a barrier - we can work together to come to a price that doesn’t prohibit your progress - I offer a sliding pay scale and payment plans to ensure that price does not hold back anyone who wants this resource.

Resources like Glassdoor can be incredibly helpful. However, negotiating effectively takes not only understanding what the market will bear, but customizing that knowledge based on individual experience and an understanding of how to have the conversation. My work revolves around training participants in not just learning what they’re worth, but also how to have the right conversations, and take that skillset with them for the rest of their career.
My workshops and coaching are designed to look at the big picture, including work/life balance, benefits, and more. I give tactical advice rooted in deeper research.
